📅 When Does the Pool Open?

The Miller Bay Estates Pool will open on June 20, 2026.

Maximum Pool Capacity: 26 bathers in the water at one time.

💚 Why Does the Pool Look Green?

The pool is currently undergoing seasonal algae treatment. Eliminating algae typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks. All necessary chemicals have been added and treatment is actively underway to prepare the pool for opening day.

🔑 Pool Reader Cards – 2026

Pool Reader Cards are limited to one card per household.

Already Have a Pool Card?

All existing cardholders must:

• Verify their card in person.
• Sign the 2026 Miller Bay Estates Community Pool Acknowledgement & Waiver.
• Call the Clubhouse Reservation Line at 360-297-2100 and leave your name and phone number.

Calls will be returned after 6:00 PM.

Need a New Pool Card?

• Call the Clubhouse Reservation Line at 360-297-2100.
• Leave your name and phone number.
• A $10 refundable card deposit is required.

Pool Card Holder Not Current on HOA Dues?

• Call 360-297-2100.
• Leave your name, phone number, and pool card number.

Lost or Damaged Pool Card?

• Call 360-297-2100.
• Leave your name and phone number.
• A $25 non-refundable replacement fee applies.

🕙 Pool Hours

June 20, 2026 – September 7, 2026

Daily Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pool operations are weather and chemical dependent.

🚨 If the pool gate is chain-locked during normal operating hours, the pool has been closed due to an emergency or safety concern.

⚠️ Pool Card Blackout Period

No pool cards will be issued or reprogrammed from July 12 through July 19.

If you experience a problem with your pool card during this period, call 360-297-2100 and leave:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The last digits of your pool card number (located on the back of the card)

📋 Pool Card Verification & New Card Issue Dates

All pool card holders must complete in-person verification. No exceptions.

Please bring your current pool card. These dates are also available for new pool card issuance.

To make arrangements for verification, call 360-297-2100 and leave your name and phone number.

Important:

• No pool cards will be issued after August 10, 2026.
• The final day of pool operations for the season is September 7, 2026.

🍎 Food & Beverage Reminder

Glass containers, including baby food jars and glass bottles, are not permitted in the pool area.

A small snack is authorized only for emergency diabetic needs.

All other food and beverages should be consumed at the picnic tables outside the pool enclosure.
