What to do about loose cats and dogs?

It is a violation of the MBE Covenants and County Ordinances to allow cats and dogs to roam freely. It also violates County Ordinances for a dog to bark constantly, or to bark at pedestrians on the public right of way.

Cars parked along roads?

It is legal to park along the roads for short periods of time. Cars cannot be parked in an intersection, within 30 feet of a stop sign, within 5 feet of a driveway, or blocking a mail box.

Answer: Call the Kitsap County Sheriff (911), the Kitsap County Public Works Department (360) 337-5777 or (800) 825-4940 with your concerns.

Litter along our roads and properties?

Answer: Call the Kitsap County Public Works Department at (360) 337-5777 or (800-825-4940). Call the Kitsap County Health Department (360) 337-5235 for excess trash posing a health hazard. And, if you see someone littering, report their license number to the Kitsap County Sheriff (911).

Parked cars on lots?

A parked car does not violate our covenants unless you can prove it to be a nuisance. However, a car parked on a drain field, or a large number of cars parked on a lot may violate a county ordinance.

Excess garbage on lots, rats, leaky and smelly drain fields?

People trespassing on your property?
