Important:

• You must be current on HOA dues to participate.
• Verification will take place at the clubhouse before you can dump items.
• Please bag items if possible.

💪 How You Can Help

• Pick up a trash bag at the clubhouse.
• Walk around the community and collect trash.
• Dispose of it in the dumpster during cleanup hours.
• No night dumping – the dumpster area will be monitored by surveillance cameras.

• All liquids
• Animals
• Antifreeze
• Appliances
• Asbestos
• Barrels
• Batteries
• Bricks (including demolition bricks)
• Chemical products
• Concrete
• Contaminated oils
• Dirt/soil
• Flammable or explosive items
• Fluorescent tubes and light bulbs
• Furniture (including lawn furniture)
• Grills
• Hazardous waste or toxic materials
• Industrial waste
• Lubricating, hydraulic, or motor oil
• Petroleum (gas)
• Herbicides or pesticides
• Medical waste (including biohazards)
• Microwaves
• Monitors, printers, and computers
• Paint
• PCB building material
• Propane tanks
• Tires (including railroad tires)
• Televisions
• Tree stumps (small limbs accepted)
• Limited fencing per address
• Any other materials restricted by state or federal law
