All HOA payments are due by April 30, 2025. Starting May 1, 2025, unpaid balances will begin accruing late fees and monthly interest until paid in full.

Tentative Date: May 17, 2025

Spring cleaning? Don’t wait to get rid of unwanted items! This cleanup will be limited to yard waste and small appliances. Bulky items (e.g., couches, lawnmowers) will not be accepted. More details will be announced soon.

I am currently working to address several issues within our community, particularly in the Sea Vista and Beachwood areas. However, there is a legal process that must be followed, and the HOA cannot intervene directly in property cleanups. Kitsap County Public Health Department and Kitsap County Community Development are involved, and I am actively considering legal action against repeat offenders.

HOA fees cover much more than just pool access! These funds help maintain:

๐Ÿก Selling Your Home?

If you are planning to sell your home, you must request HOA documents by emailing mbe98370@gmail.com. Your request will be forwarded to our bookkeeper, who will review and send the required forms.

โš ๏ธ Please submit your request in advance! Last-minute or weekend requests will be processed on the next business day.


๐Ÿšฏ Business Card Littering

We have contacted all businesses responsible for rock-throwing card distribution and asked them to stop littering resident yards. If this continues, legal action will be taken.


๐Ÿก Spring Cleanup – Start Now!

Spring is the perfect time to tidy up your property! Please take the time to:

โœ… Remove yard debris โœ… Clean gutters and roofs โœ… Mow lawns and trim hedges

Due to high dumping costs, this year’s Community Cleanup Day will be limited in scope.
